Results of a study released by the National Inhalant Prevention Coalition found that pre-teens are more likely to try inhalants than marijuana. Some 25% of American teenagers report that it is easy or "somewhat" easy to obtain methamphetamine. However, the vast majority (77%) expressed disapproval of those who experiment with this popular street drug.

There are many different kinds of addictions out there. Such as drugs, alcohol, and even addictions to gambling or even compulsive shopping! And there is a way out!! Twelve-step programs are unfortunatly not a very good source to get off of drugs or anyother kind of addiction because on average they only have a 30 something pecent success rate. Addicts need a rehab that has a higher success rate.

People who are abusing drugs or alcohol need to realize that you do not have very many choices left. Except that you will go to jail, die, or get sober; thats all there is to it no buts or whats about it!! Unfortuantly most twelve step programs do not have the technology to keep a person sober for the long run. People who are addicted need a program with a high success rate, life courses, and ways to pull the drugs form your system so that the person will not have cravings anymore!!

I have been there done that, wrote the book and read back over it. I know what it takes to get away from addiction to any substance/drug. People need a rehab with a high success rate and life courses.

I was addicted to hydrocodone and my friend knew it and hated how I had become. She was in a bad car wreck and had to go to the hospital. Once she got out we stayed in touch by phone. I hadn't heard from her in a couple of weeks and of course I was still deep in my addiction and she called asking if I had any hydrocodone she could have. The more u take the more u need causes addiction to hydrocodone. U keep trying to get the initial high 2 pills gave u. Take as prescribed and prevent being addicted to hydrocodone.

Remember hearing about how the war veterans got addicted to morphine in battle? Well, 15mg of hydrocodone equals 10mg of morphine. No wonder people have an addiction to hydrocodone so easily.
