There are many different kinds of addictions out there. Such as drugs, alcohol, and even addictions to gambling or even compulsive shopping! And there is a way out!! Twelve-step programs are unfortunatly not a very good source to get off of drugs or anyother kind of addiction because on average they only have a 30 something pecent success rate. Addicts need a rehab that has a higher success rate.

People who are abusing drugs or alcohol need to realize that you do not have very many choices left. Except that you will go to jail, die, or get sober; thats all there is to it no buts or whats about it!! Unfortuantly most twelve step programs do not have the technology to keep a person sober for the long run. People who are addicted need a program with a high success rate, life courses, and ways to pull the drugs form your system so that the person will not have cravings anymore!!

I have been there done that, wrote the book and read back over it. I know what it takes to get away from addiction to any substance/drug. People need a rehab with a high success rate and life courses.

I was an addicted to hydrocodone for 6 years of my life. I never thought something prescribed to me could be bad for me. It was easy at first to say I didn't have a problem but it was harder to admit to myself that it was my problem. It wasn't till I found a place like the one this site that I found an answer to my hydrocodone addiction. I am happy to say I have been free of hydrocodone for over a year and work at the rehab that helped me.

Addiction to hydrocodone is just as bad as herion. Just because I got it from a doctor did'nt make it right, The drugs did'nt distinguish the difference when it decided to seize me with addiction. legal or illegal the outcome is the same. It takes your life away just as quick. BE CAUSE NOT EFFECT ! Choose rehab !

Addiction to hydrocodone took everything from me., including my family. Luckily my brother talked my family into giving me one more chance at a long term in-patient rehab when I was in jail . Before my addiction to hydrocodone I loved life, people, my family. Hydrocodone took that all away. Once I had a taste of the numbing, I was hooked, mentally and physically.
