There are many different kinds of addictions out there. Such as drugs, alcohol, and even addictions to gambling or even compulsive shopping! And there is a way out!! Twelve-step programs are unfortunatly not a very good source to get off of drugs or anyother kind of addiction because on average they only have a 30 something pecent success rate. Addicts need a rehab that has a higher success rate.

People who are abusing drugs or alcohol need to realize that you do not have very many choices left. Except that you will go to jail, die, or get sober; thats all there is to it no buts or whats about it!! Unfortuantly most twelve step programs do not have the technology to keep a person sober for the long run. People who are addicted need a program with a high success rate, life courses, and ways to pull the drugs form your system so that the person will not have cravings anymore!!

I have been there done that, wrote the book and read back over it. I know what it takes to get away from addiction to any substance/drug. People need a rehab with a high success rate and life courses.

You start taking a few pain pilss for an ouchie. You continue to take them when the ouchie is gone until the script is gone. Amazingly, you have to go back to the doctor in a few months cuz you hurt somewhere and start getting refills See how easily it progresses?

I really, really hate being addicted to hydrocodone. I have no fun. Ican't work in the field I'm registered in anymore due to pills, so I hate my job. I have no friends unless you have pills I can get from u or a good connect. I hate my life being addicted to hydrocodone.

I HATE hydrocodone. Once it was fun, now it just consumes me. The worst thing about it is I never get that first buzz anymore. I work so hard to just not get sick. I want it to stop! The cycle of addiction to my pills never ends.

I need 45 hydrocodone pills a day to function. I wake up wondering if ai have enough and where can I get more. I need to work so I can get the pills but I can't work without them. I can not break this cycle that started at 16 due to a knee surgery. I want it to stop, NOW!
