There are many different kinds of addictions out there. Such as drugs, alcohol, and even addictions to gambling or even compulsive shopping! And there is a way out!! Twelve-step programs are unfortunatly not a very good source to get off of drugs or anyother kind of addiction because on average they only have a 30 something pecent success rate. Addiction to hydrocodone took everything from me., including my family. Luckily my brother talked my family into giving me one more chance at a long term in-patient rehab when I was in jail . I lost My Joy of Living due to Addiction to Hydrocodone
